find a site that has textures and save them to your computer. use photoshop, psp, gimp, etc. post the pic in one layer. create another layer and add the texture. lower the opacity of the texture to your taste, and voila.

Well, I made it but, it's not just a texture. I did some coloring to it too.

But, I used a texture from http://hybrid-genesis.net though.
