I was wondering how to turn a normal lookin` picture into that? PS OR PSP is fine. And some good imageready tutorials? Like one with screenshots. The one on animation here confuses me.

um this is quite an old topic and i'm not sure if you still need the answer to your question, but nobody answered and it's not closed, so i'll answer.
for photoshop you can make a picture like that using the "photocopy" filter, i think. filter > sketch > photocopy. and change the foreground color to the color you want it to be. |
