should israel be a state?? [and by that i mean an indepentdent country]

i think somewhat that the jews should have some place to call home, but i do realize the pain that it may cause to other people. i belive that the jews should share the land with the palestieans[sp?]

i say the prayer for the state of israel every morning because i want a place to call home if ever the need came in which i must go there.

i am not totally against the jewish zionist movement [more HERE], and yet i do not truly support it...i just think that the land should be shared, though i am techniqually a citizen...because i am jewish...

Jerusalem right now is free to all religions and that is the way it should be untill the messiah comes.....

i think israel is a waste of american resources and we should leave them to their own devices. the fighting will never stop anyway, no use trying.

If the Americans are so insistent on giving the Jews their own land, why don't they give them some of their own land instead of grabbing it off others?

we didnt give it to the jews as you say. land dosent belong to anyone. land is land. you should be lucky enough to live on it. everyone should eb lucky enough to live on it.

i have any idea, lets nuke middle east, then rebuild it give it back to middle easterners and force them not to ever have an army... wait... does that sound to famliar?

why one religion?
the muslims have temples there.
the jews have synagouges
the christians have churches.


how will having one religion help anything. people will still fight. and this is about wether thaey should have it or not[israel], not what religion it should be... pinch.gif

people will fight no matter what. so i think that instead of attempting to do what's best for the area, they should do what's best for themselves. because seriously, no one in the middle east gets along...

israel should be supported because when it no longer is supported it will mark the begininning. Israel being the strongest country in the world will be attacked like no other attack in history and the attack will fail. the palestinians should all be killed and all the land given back to the jews.

yes the fighting will end and a peacemaker will come and bring upon a false peace between israel and the world. it will last for 7 years. then all hell breaks loose, do not be fooled.

But leave us out of it. Israel costs uis $30 billion a year in direct support, and tens of billions more in higher oil prices, and a higher defense budget to defend against Arab terrorists who attack us beacuse of our support of Israel. Israel has consistently acted as the rogue state in the Mid East, launching preemptive wars and posessing illegal WMDs ... which no other Mid Eastern country does. And even if Israel is the promised land, WHAT HAVE THEY GIVEN US? In exchange for the $30 billion we give them, what do WE get? Some planes that blow up the World Trade Centers, that's what.

it wasn't the united states who gave them the land, britain gave israel to the jews.

Britain DID give the Jews their own land... Palestine were Crown Colonies at the time, while Transjordan was a French colony.
