Umm I was just wondering what causes our eyes to get all bloodshot. Also one of my eyes (the right one) has been red since yesterday. Does anyone know why and what to do about it?

It could be irritated from dirt or something that might have been blown into your eye. Or even contacts if you wear them.

Use red-eye remover eye drops if you have it. You can get red eyes if you have had [i]very]/i] little sleep or have been staring at a TV or computer screen all day. You've washed your eyes with water, right? I'd wait till one more day and see if it persists. If it doesn't go away on its own, see an optometrist.

ugh eye problems. i`ve had an eye condition for 4 years. NOT FUN. and yeah its still there and no, the doctors DO NOT know what it is. but in any case, it could be pink eye, take benadryl [sp?] or put a warm/wet towel on it.
