well lets say i leave the program open for longer than an hour... well if i go back to it and i make a new text layer the font is huge. as in 12 pt would look like 67 pt. its annoying, and i was wondering if this just happens.. or is it just my copy  and if you know.. please tell me how to fix it.. or stop it from happening. |

Try resetting the font tool. Click on the text tool. Look on the top bar and follow the image below on how to reset it :
