is there a way to make a picture almost but not completly transparent on photoshop?
if theres a tutorial for it im sry... |

ok so i tried would u have to duplicate layer... then change the opacity... but would u have to change something else cuz that doesnt do it...? eer am i just dumb. lol

Maybe copy the picture, go to file>>new, paste it (ctrl+v) and now you'll have two layers. Eh? The bottom one is white, and since the picture you want to be transparent, you can now edit the copied one's opacity.

Well, you need 2 layers. The TOP layer = your picture, bottom layer is white. And then just change the opacity of your top layer till it's barely there?
I'm still a weeee bit confused. |
