so we broke up in january...he broke up with me for many reasons...it was the whole "its not you, its me"
and there were still rumors going on about us in june and he keeps saying to me that he wants to be friends but its really weird because he keeps bring up our relationship when we talk... and i dont really wanna care cuz i do wanna date again even tho he keeps saying we should just be friends so i told him what i felt and i still havent gotten any response...and right now he's on vacation.... but my thing is i dont think he's telling me the whole story of how he feels....and if he is, then he's not explaining it well but anyways, i'm not sure what else to do stop talking to him? try to date him? try to be friends? i need help |

i say just try to be friends until he gives you the whole story. because it seems to me like while hes pretty much "over" you he just wants to use you as a backup should nobody else want to date...
unless hes really shy and doesnt want to ask you out again for fear of rejection because he broke up with you in the first place.. |

I think you two should just remain friends, tell him why you only want to be friends, and if he doesn't accept it and you want him to accept it then get it in his head, other than that I suppose you could just move on.

my advice to you is..
let HIM be the one chasing after you. don't be the one desperate. this recently happened to me a couple weeks ago we broke up and couple months later he asked for me back. maybe your guy just needs a bit of time to think.. ^0^; |

yeah he's gone off to europe so he's got this whole month to think
and anyways, right now i've decided to move on....i've been dating my friend...its been fun... i'll probably b able to friends with my exboyfriend...we'll see how it goes... thank you all for the advice....i really am thankful... |
