You do know the Asian one was started to talk about Asian celebs, right? If you can find a way to talk about German celebs, and not just about being German, then I'll leave this open. I'll give you some time.

David Hasselhoff is huge in Germany.

"Knight Rider was translated and broadcast in 82 nations, and the show and its star were even more popular in Europe than in America. So after the show was cancelled Hasselhoff moved to Germany, reinventing himself as a pop singer. His first album was titled Night Rider, and his biggest hit was “Looking for Freedom” -- celebrating the toppling of the Berlin Wall -- which topped the German pop charts in 1989. The high point of his career, Hasselhoff has said, was singing "Looking for Freedom" from atop the Berlin Wall as reunified Germany celebrated the New Year in 1989."

I hate his music, it creeps me out. Anybody here watch The Soup on E! ? They show clips of his video clips sometimes.

Of course. Anyone can join... I just perfer that you're at least a little German. Half German is pretty German. laugh.gif

I'm only 1/3 German. But, my Grandmother escaped East Germany when she was 18... during the war. My dad was born here at a air force base, but he lived in Germany from the time he was 2 years old until he was 18. I only have to speak some German when relatives come to visit from Germany.

Oh I'm not saying it's just you, it's just yours recently came up and I had been puzzling that since the Chinese Club. Strange. And I believe it's Rammstein. thumbsup.gif
