as i was goin through my bfs things i came across his learners permit. the b-day it said 1989, but he claimed he was 18, and you dont mess up age on these certain documents. i dont want to seem like a snoop so i dunno if im gonna bring it up but it sorta makes me wonder if he lied about this, what else is he hiding. i trust him and all but still...how would yall feel if you found this out?

If he lied about his age, it's serious to me. But, that's just my opinion.

no hes not. its just age but also he has no reason to lie about age. actually no reason to lie at all...hes told everybody hes 18 so i know its not just me but still

^well if you so worried about it, Just tell him you came about his permit and it had a different year of birth then what he claims to be.

I say just bring it up with him. If your boyfriend is loyal and trustworthy, he'll explain as to why he claims to be eighteen and yet his permit says differently.

his birthdays in november. but even if it was in january he still wouldnt be 18. and i did ask him about it, he said it was a fake id. but nobody in their right mind would need a fake id two years younger than they really are. and i thought maybe its just a typo, but why would you need to keep a messed up permit.
another thing is he works as a mechanic for a dealership. and you need a license to test drive the car, i believe. then again in virginia the person has to be over 21. but how would do you have to be to work in a car garage? |

If you two are in a good enough relationship you should be able to talk about everything and anything. You should take the permit to him, and say I'm sorry, but I came upon this. And I'm worried and then tell him what you worried about. Are you scared to do that or something? |

not if he was born in 1989. hed be 17, cuz i turned 17 this year...if it was 1988 then he could be
i dont know why some one would have a fake id younger than then their actual age. he still claims hes 18 when i asked him about it |
