who else misses the 90's?
I know I do.
What did you miss in the 90's?
I miss gel pens *sigh*
those things were the shizz.
my friend, is telling me I should throw a gel pen party.
I also miss snap bracelets
those things were so awsome
even though mine always broke.
I had a variety of them.
Cheetah, Zebra, Feathers.
You name it.
-sigh-
I loved the 90's.

Not that much really. I was too young in the early 90s, and the late 90s were my awkward years, so, other than the music and gel pens, no.

I always think about the 90's! Though I was born in 90 I feel like those were the good yrs. I was never a big fan of Gel Pens though.

I just miss being in the 90's in general.
Living in the 2000's feels all technology and crap. Advancing in so many ways...it makes me nervous.

If that makes sense AT ALL.

I'm an 80s baby but I grew up in the 90s.....there so many things I miss.

I'll start with the fact that Nicklodeon use to be great in the 90s. (Secret World of Alex Mac, Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Fifteen, Pete & Pete.....)
Trapper Keeper
L.A. Gears
"So why don't you marry it"
New Kids on the Block. Yeah, I was a fan. mellow.gif
Oh, I remember when Save by the Bell was so big. I was like a soup opera for elementary kids.

In the neighborhood
Who ya gonna call? GHOSTBUSTERS!

haha I missed that too, even though I think that was 80's. Unless you're talking about the cartoon.

The 90's had the best shows like Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Family Matters, Boy Meets World[anything on TGIF]. And music too, there's a loooooot of good oldschool stuff. The differences between now and then are amazing.

It's not that he did a better job, he just didn't do anything. He was too busy getting blow jobs from his intern and getting impeached. He made America look like a bunch of dumb asses. Of course, sometimes Bush doesn't help that case either, hahaha. happy.gif I'm just kidding with you guys anyway. Giving you a hard time tongue.gif Our recent presidents haven't been all that great _dry.gif

Anyway, yeah, Nickelodeon was the BEST back then! I hate it now, haha. Whatever happened to the Angry Beavers?

I miss my LA Lights shoes. And my Pokemon games for Gameboy.

Can't forget acid-wash jeans or my bigass hair scrunchies.

Furbies sucked. Tamagachis/Giga Pets/Nano Pets, etc. were the shit. I had a whole dog pack!

I loved Nickelodeon in the 90's, but I also miss Disney Channel from back then. Aladdin (the series), The Little Mermaid (the series), Winnie the Pooh (the series). AND GUMMI BEARS!

Yeah! I was gonna say Hey Arnold! That show was awesome. I like it because it was funny but it wasn't stupid, the stories actually had morals and stuff. It was like watching you and your friends in a cartoon world. Just, exaggerated a little, lol. happy.gif

BOY MEETS WORLD, FOO's. :]

98 Degrees, N'Sync, Backstreet Boys, Spice Girls.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (Kimberly, Trini, Billy, and Tommy(?) were my favorite), Hey Arnold, Rugrats, Full House, Rocko's Modern Life, Pokemon, Gummi Bears (bouncing here and there and everywhere...), Mighty Ducks. And like Naomi said- Aladdin, The Little Mermaid, and Winnie the Pooh- the series, Fresh Prince, Roxanne....

Tamagachi's. Furby's (I hated them). Umm...and other stuff that I can't seem to remember.

OHOHOH. GEL PENS BABY.

Oh, and collecting pokemon cards for no reason.

Actually furbies scared the hell out of me.

ME TOO. I was so psyched when I got a furby but it would never shut up. It would just keep saying, "Feed Me. Feed Me." & when I finally got it to shut up it would sit on my desk. Two hours later it would continue to say, "Feed me!"

I DON'T WANT TO F*%&%^ING FEED YOU.

I'm sorry. Thid topic gets me very sensitive. mellow.gif

I remember once I was sleeping over at a friend's house and I had the unfortunate pleasure of sleeping right beside the damned furby. First of all, they look scary, and second of all, what happened was I was sleeping and it suddenly started shrieking into my ear early in the morning. I completely freaked out on it. _dry.gif

I was always scared of Furby's. Like, REALLY scared. I would be afraid that the would turn on/wake up in the middle of the night and be like "I'M GOING TO KILL YOU" and yeah. pinch.gif

Mmm. 90's Alternative Music = LOOOOVEEEEEE. throb.gif Third Eye Blind is still one of my favorite bands. yeaaaaaaaaaah <333333333

OH! And TGIF on ABC was awesome. loveloveloveloved it.

Oh man I wanted some LA Lights shoes. I remember those in my first elementary years. Everytime I see people walking with those it's like a light show going on.

ahhHHhh the world was so much better in the 90's.

- - Boy Bands

- - Pop Music

- - Gigi Pets (( i HAD to have one of those ))

- - notebooks full of BLACK paper for GEL PENS :) :) :)

- - TV shows like SEAQUEST

- - FURBIES - - (( at our school someone left a furbie in their locker and when the batteries died it made a beeping sound and everyone thought it was a bomb so we had a bomb drill for like 3 hrs that day ))

gah too much more nifty things to write..

Omg just thinking about the 90's.. AWWWWWWWw
I was lucky. I was born 1990. So I had the full on rock out 90's life yo.

- Are you afraid of the dark... Omg.. <3
- Roseanne... Mwhaha I was obsessed.. I wanted a life just liek hers.. just not being fat.
- Fresh prince.. Will Smith.. One word.. HOT!
- Spice girls.. <333 I loved them.
- On Nick.. I remember Real Monsters, Stick Stickly.. The popstickle stick that could talk.. <333333 I would so bang him ( Shut up.. -_-). Saved by the bell, Boy meets world, camp anawanna.. and lots more.
- The music was to die for.. Blind Mellon - No Rain is my fav song in teh whole wide world.. O god.

* All I can say is that my life is pretty plain
I like watchin' the puddles gather rain
And all I can do is just pour some tea for two
and speak my point of view
But it's not sane, It's not sane

I just want someone to say to me, (oh oh oh oh)
I'll always be there when you wake
You know I'd like to keep my cheeks dry today
So stay with me and I'll have it made

And I don't understand why I sleep all day
And I start to complain that there's no rain
And all I can do is read a book to stay awake
And it rips my life away, but it's a great escape
escape......escape......escape...... *

O jesus .. you people made my day..
