What's a better place to hang out/chill at? I definetely prefer and recommend both, but if your going on like a date privately with a girl or somethin, definetely the movies but if your like just chillin with a group of 2-3 people let's say, then I'll say the mall do you guys agree with me or not. any personal opinions?

it kinda depends. if you're the kind of person who is good at starting and keeping conversations going, then the mall would be nice. but if you're not really good at talking&such.. movies could help. it gives the person an excuse to be quiet, and after the movie, you'll have something to talk about.

I am sick of going to the mall to hang out. And going to movies kinda sucks as well because you don't get a chance to talk, really. Just sitting there together watching a screen. BORING!

Plus it's summer... all about the beaches, water sports, and cruising in the car!

this is true but...I’d say that mall time is meant 4 more experienced daters...and usually it may be a better idea for people that have been in a relationship 4 a while...

definitely movies...it's a better place to be with my boyfriend. i only go to the mall when i want to shop. other than that, it's more of a place where little 11-13 year olds hang out because that's the only place that their parents will let them go alone.

Hmm.. Both is good. It really all depends who I am with/how many people Im with.
But at the mall you can talk more than at the movies.

I don't usually go to the mall; there really isn't one nearby anyways.
I like the movies better.

I'd say the movies with my significant other, and the mall with friends! Except I always end up buying too much crap and I don't even like shopping, lol.

My mall is great to shop in...but I don't like seeing obese women in skany tube tops with a pretzel in one hand and a corndog in the other with a skinny starving dude hanging on her arm. At least in the theater it's dark and I can't see them eating each others faces off.

for a date: neither.. a mall, and 2 people of the opposite sex. well it's not like your going to SHOP or something.. idk. and the movies.. only sometimes. if its the first couple dates wouldn't you want to get to know eachother [TALKING not macking.. ;o], you can't really talk to someone in a dark theater. PLUS those 2 are the only 2 things to do where I live so I have no choice. so anywhere if you could come up with something better. save the mall for shopping with your best friend or something.
