Remove bottom links Options

i just wondered if that was possible to remove/hide the bottom links : About, FAQ, Terms...
these links were put in a table while i made my layout and i dont know how to get rid of it. The upper links are hidden because of my black background but it doesnt work for the bottom links. Can anyone help? thanx a lot

the problem is that there is still this table where the bottom links used to be... with this code i hide the links, but not the table...
