migraines

i get migraines, mostly on the left side of my head.

so do you do you think if i start exercising the lelf side of my brain they will go away

take some medicine for migraines.
I get them all the time, but I just live with them..

I don't really know if I've ever actually gotten a real migraine, but I've have quite a few terrible headaches.
Sometimes I get them often throughout the week. pinch.gif

i have a migraine right now. i just took some excedrin migraine. hopefully it will help. i always have a dull throbbing pain on the left side of my head. i have a TMJ disorder. so, my jaw causes a lot of problems and pains for me. and, my eyesight is bad. so straining my eyes a lot can result in a terrible headache.

rest and some OTC medicines may do the trick. if not, see your doctor about prescription meds. my sister gets injections at the hospital when she gets her migraines. i guess that works pretty well.

of...medicine. migraine medicine... not scary. unless you're scared of needles. then, well. yeah. uhm.

they have some thing in normal stores
called exdrin [sp]
for migraine headaches.

Advil could possibly work
try it.
