is there anyway an ip can be blocked on myspace or make users sign in in order to view my space?

You can make your profile private. No ip blocking.

well private is one thing but i want my friends that dont have myspace to be able to see it but at the same time block annoying people.

You can block anther myspace user from using your myspace by going to there page and clicking block..but thats it..
