how do you switch the roll over image code to show the pictures and when you hover over them it shows the persons name?

i havent seen it happen i was just thinking about it because i was thinking of the alt thingy that comes up when you hover over pictures some times.
if you cant thats cool i just wanted to know if it was possible |
