I feel stupid posting but god I had to

On days I would have so much fun laughing my ass off while talking to friends, hanging out, etc. Everything seemed like.. the usual. Then something happened that I noticed went on for about 5 weeks now. Right after I felt those positive emotions after spending time with friends and etc, I would feel really really really lonely and tired. When someone approaches me I would bitch and tell them to leave me alone and sleep for a couple of hours (no matter what time it was) and then go back to my normal routine and all.

Long story short right after I do something really fun, my body would get extremely exhausted and start getting real moody. Don't say it's probably because I was tired from hanging out (assuming that we ran around and stufff) because that's not the case. All we do is watch movies and talk with each other in this place we always meet up (which is a 4 minute walk).

Reason why in the girl's lockeroom? because maybe there's something about my body (like what hormones can do) that I don't know of? And don't bring up my period since I'm not on it either,

you probably are manic depressant/bipolar. i'm pretty sure the two go together. manic depression is when you have really high high's and really low low's. i'm sure you know what bipolar is...you go from really happy to really sad/mad real fast. it might just be hormones but you should probably go get checked out for being bipolar/manic depressant.

I was thinking I might be bipolar... but the manic depression...

I was really hoping it was something with hormones. What should I do about it? Have my mom consult a therapist?

^I didn't think it was normal since it started happening (for me) about 5 weeks ago or something. I just started sleeping in the middle of the day and felt better afterwards.

Yennnn.. throb.gif

I don't really know for sure, but it just sounds like mood swings, or hormones. I know I definitely went through a period like that.. after the fun was up, I'd get irritable and snap at people.

bipolar isnt induced by friends and quality time and rarely does it just spring up on people....your mind could just be worn out from all the action it has gone through, and its recovery time is masked by an attitude (for lack of a better word) but if your really nervous about it you can always talk to your mom about seein someone.

turn off any of the lights around you when you sleep ...usually that helps balance the chemicals in your brain so you can gain back the seretonin you`ve been lacking off usually it starts reacting around 3-4 am 5 am is where your brain is very active and the cleansing takes place ....i usually try to wake up and study during that time ....i deal with bi-polar used to have manic depression as well.
