Hi, can a shutdown site be reused ? I saw a friend of mine's xanga few months ago and it was shutdown. But now it appears again. How come ??

He/she was probably just using a code to make it LOOK shut down. I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure once you shutdown a xanga thats it... its gone.
