eat more healthy foods(veges and fruits) slow down on the junk food excercise run/jog play a sport |

^that's really unhealthy
The zone diet works really well, and my grandparents did the south beach diet. Over a year they lost around 80 pounds each so I guess that works well too. |

grapefruit diets.
They actually work. You need to search it on google it explains why it does and blah blah blah you could go to gnc and look around and stuff as well. do workouts as well. You may not lose weight but your body will be more healthy and you will get rid of body fat and you will look skinny since muscle isn't as big as fat. go to the health section though. or well this could perhaps be there. Anyway diets. Just eat healthier then what you are now. Any way healthier. |

you have to do it properly anyway i did also list that she just needs to eat healtheir then what she is now and it will change and if she works out. |

according to yoplaint yogurt, eat at least 3 serving of diary products a day.

Just eat healthy. Stay away from junk food. XD
Lol. I'f you like meat, try the adkins diet. I hate meat, so it didnt exactly work for me. |

they have ways to diet healthy at kaiser permanente...it's a really strict diet though, but very natural and healthy...just ask anyone who works there..
