That's right, you heard me correctly. I'm getting married in a little more or less than a year, and I need your help. First of all, I'd like help choosing a color scheme. This is important, as it will narrow down many of my decisions from here on out. The following are the top three, chosen by me and approved by Brandon. However, as I am completely helpless and indecisive, I'd like your input.



Ignore the poor image quality, the photos are just examples so you can get an idea of how the color scheme will be put into play. I used roses to illustrate just for simplicity, we can vote on flowers at a later time.

I picked the green and pale yellow but I also really like the brown and pink. Both are nice combinations but the green and pale yellow seemed more...striking, in a way. Besides, as Bishop Don Magic Juan says, "Green for the money and gold for the honeys." It's a pimpin' combination.

Brown and pink, brown and pink!!

The green and yellow might be pretty if it wasn't so Christmas-y green, and the red and black is pretty but it's too Valentines-ish, so I think brown and pink is the best.

Aww, how nice Dani :)

Mm, I am in love with the brown and pink. The yellow and green color scheme (hehe, kinda rhymes), seems a little too informal and pale to me, while the red, white, and black seems too much. I think the brown and pink make a great combination and is very classy.

Oh no, that'd be more like flower girl, although the little girl is way out of proportion up against the woman.

Thanks everyone. _smile.gif I kind of thought the same thing as Teesa about green and yellow being informal while red and black is REALLY formal. This is a summer wedding, though, so I'm thinking I could get away with either of the lighter colors.

^ Sucks it isn't though..it's a very comfortable option.

The brown and pink is adorable. They're all gorgeous. But..I think brown may be a little to dark for a wedding. So, I opt for the green & yellow.

The green and pale yellow works best, but that's just my taste. I think that red, black and white may be too harsh for such a sweet ceremony (at least, that's what I think you want. :S). For some strange reason, it reminds me of sex and lust. Wow, random.

I agree with Melissa, though. I think if the green wasn't as dark, it'll work better with the pale yellow. =p

I think the green and yellow combination would be perfect as long as your bridesmaids' dresses aren't that shade of green. I wouldn't opt for a brown dress in summer even if the wedding is going to be in a church. Both combinations are pretty though. The red, black, and white seems a bit... bold.

Ooh, where will you have your reception?

hm...i can't choose between the green & yellow or the brown and pink. i'd say that if you wanted a summery or spring-y wedding, choose the green and yellow. but i think the brown & pink would be a tad bit more...um..formal, is kind of the word i'm looking for.

I think brown and pink would be a very cute combo especially if cordinated with wedding invitations in the same colors ( I had saw some very cute brown and pink wedding invitations a while ago). However, if your wedding is taking place in the summer green and yellow seem more like summer colors and would give lighter, cooler feel to the wedding.

After careful consideration, I voted for the Green and Yellow scheme. Now usually I don't go for those colors, however, they seemed to ring "Dani!" in my head. lol, I have no idea why. But I could just see your wedding with those colors.

My next choice would be the pink and brown color scheme =)

However, whatever makes you the most happy and is pleasing to you is the most important!

Yep, I agree. Green and Yellow.. since it's kind of taking place in the summer. To me, I think the colors got to match the season. (That's my opinion of course.) Again, it's been repeated that the green looks too dark.. but yeah. =)

Brown and Pink would definitely be good if it was a fall wedding though. ^_^

if it's in the summer, i'd go with green/yellow or brown/pink (but try not to do too much brown...). red and black is a little harsh. but that's just me.

I like the brown and pink combination. The green and yellow are nice also, but it seems a bit too much. I've always thought of a wedding to be like simple and yeahh. I really like the green and yellow idea, but I don't think the shade of green should be that dark.
