you can do that in MS Paint.....and then add their profile link to the picture....

ok.
in order to crop it the same size for all of your pics..in PAINT you click the rectangle with the broken lines to crop....to make all of the pics the same size go to: IMAGE- then Attributes (make the width and length the same) |

edit them in ms paint then save them upload them into photobucket etc..... then look for the script image links or something like that its pretty simple

SHe cropped the pics then used www.r4wr.com to make a custom friends list. she didnt use <a href="urltofirends"><img src="urltopic"></a> on her own.
