^ Patience. People reply when they want. Sometimes you need to wait longer for a response.

You don't need psp or photoshop to make good graphics. If you really really want one then get gimp. Its free and I think gimpshop is like photoshop? If you really want a program get that its better than nothing.

For your site:
- Possibly write more about you. Fill in the blah blah blah.
- Make content pages. Make stuff for people to be busy with when they see your page.
- Add content like a page about the site, a page about you , a page for people that come to your site etc.
- Make the tables smaller. They will look better smaller than the size they are now.
- If you have people go and visit then add a comment system (like haloscan) or a tagboard.
- Add alot more.

Get ideas of what to add from other sites.
Like look in website showcase. See what there sites have? (disregarding graphics) add the kind of content that you like that you see they have. Don't steal theres come up with your own similiar. You can also possibly look at sites here and get more ideas, see what people think about there site, read reviews on other sites to help you come up with something that people would want to see. You can also publish your site there to have it reviews. I wouldn't do that though. You could add alot more.

Well... what do you think? Basic I know but its my first. I'm gonna borrow my friends PSP and maybe after awhile it'll look better, but for now it's good. This is my 1st website thing so I am quite proud of it. Now I wish I could put something on her that would allow people to comment, but I don't know how. Maybe someone will tell me. Also how can I specify the colors of bold, italic, and underline?
