u see at the side, it has spikes .. where can i get it?
i saw the tutorial but i don't noe how to do it plz give me links for spikes

it looks like they just took the pen tool or even the lasso tool and made them and filled in the area and then changed the opacity.
are you looking for brushes or something? what are you using as well? |
