resizing pictures, anyone? Options

Im putting a bunch of pictures on my myspace, but there all different sizes and there all way to big, is there a code i can use to change there sizes, without having the website i host it at resize it for me?

Change the 50, to another number. If you leave it at 50 the image will be 50x50.

If you want them to be small, but then when people click them they become big use this:

Once again change the 50. If you change it to 100 the thumbnail will be 100x100 but when people click it will go normal size.
