Ok. So I'm saving up money for a PS2 (please don't tell me I should get a PSP or XBox or something, I have made up my mind -__-), and I'm trying to find a way to save some money. All the places that hire 14-year-olds, like Kroger and McDonald's, aren't hiring, so that counts out a real summer job type thing. Sooo, I was wondering, any (serious) tips on how to make some money -- and fast?

i'm in the same rut as you are.

i don't know WHO to babysit because people who usually babysit babysit for family friends or family or something. i know no one and i'm too afraid to work with children under the age of 5.

get a paperroute, but it's a PAIN IN THE ASS. it sounds like a good idea, but you're going to bitch about it when you even start.

i don't want to cut grass because i don't know whose grass to cut or waste any gas.

why would you want to work at a mcdonalds anyway, or for that fact, fast food?

just babysit or see if some place needs a receptionist or something. make up a lie about why you really need money.

My friend made some money off selling earrings she made, their cute i have like 2 pairs. But I guess you have to be into crafts to spend all that time making earrings! And to that person whose 15 you can work at if there's a Cold Stone Creamery where you are, Winn Dixie or Publix!

mow lawns, babysit......have a yard sale! sell crap that you don't need anymore. you benefit in 2 ways: you have more room for other things, and you make money! i'm actually thinking about having one soon.
