Difference Between Friend ID and Friend ID Number? Options

my comment box says:

whats the difference between the two? my comment box isnt working. i put the my token = whatever number is there and it doesnt work. i tried putting my friend ID in there too, and it didnt work. can someone tell me whar to do?

I think you add your Friend ID where it says value="friend id number" .. and you leave <input name="friend ID" alone..
