this is why i think it is needed. so you can help me here too if you can please???? i'm about to cry.
how can i find the favorite layouts that i saved? i tried by changing where it also says downloading and date or something like that, but that just gave a bunch of random layouts that i did not save. help me please, i'm frustrated and confused!!! thanks. brittany |

I don't think we need a help center since you can always PM a moderator or an active member (like official members) and most of the time, your question will be answered.
A help center forum is what you mean, right? We don't really need one since the help center will only revolve around questions about the forum itself... Isn't that what we have createblog FAQs for? |

that is EXACTLY what the FAQs are for.
oh, and to that end, it would perhaps be useful if, as a matter of course, the staff who closes a feedback thread checks the FAQs to see if the matter raised is in there, and if not add it. actually, they probably do. but if not, do. |
