Layout problem, won't do what it's supposed to Options

The layout is supposed to look like this:

with the comment boxes and all the rest of the boxes being clear so you can see the background, but instead you get this:

Does anyone know why, and if someone does, would they help me fix it, please?

if it didn't work, you didn't put it in your about me then. check again copy the full code and put it in your about me

It's going in the About Me section, and it still isn't working.
The comment boxes and the Movie, Music, About Me, etc. sections are the default MySpace layout, but they are supposed to let the background show through.

When I put it in the About Me section, and save it, it changes the code to this:

I did, that's what it leaves me.
The actual layout code is what TATiisoHO0D posted, and then when I post that in the About Me section, it gives me that half of a code. Why it does that, I don't know.
