Instead of having the entire blog body in a div layer, how can I have the side modules appear outside the div?

(Left and right modules separate from the div containing the weblog entries.)

Help would be greatly appreciated.

.... Just make three seperate divs...? I don't see what you're trying to say. If you were to make three seperate divs, it would all work out just fine, so is there a reason why you want do that?

I'm trying to put a border around the the area with the blog entries and have the side modules separate from it. Anyone know a better way to do this?

Which is all the more reason why it should be three divs. wink.gif You still haven't given a reason why you wouldn't want to do that. It'd be WAY easier to border it.
You could use a table I suppose, but that's a lot more complicated that it would be with divs. You have to know exactly how you want the final product to look and exactly how to carry it out... -shrug-

Three divs wasn't out of the question, but how would you put the side modules in div layers?

Err... Module-modules? What kind of modules?
Those kind or the custom-module kind? Or the third kind that aren't really modules but just partitioned text?
Because for the custom-module kind you'd end up making them into the first kind (not that hard) and putting them in a div. You put the </div> tag to end it. That's it.
