umm...I would advise the the blur and overlay technique. Take the photo u wanna improve, duplicate it, gaussian blur it then set its blending mode to overlay. the you can adjust the hue and saturation and contrast and opacity till you get something you like. Of course I'm assuming you know photoshop when I say these things. THeres a tutorial on it here : http://www.createblog.com/tutorials/download.php?id=177
I reccomend taking the instructions in the tutorial to the extreme since you arent wanting to sharpen a photo, ur wanting to make it lok glossy like those others. So crank the blur up and play with the settings. I use it for every photo I have of myself on mywebsite. Its awesome. |

^^^yeah she's right i think she blurred the pics a little but for high quality pics you can get them at www.gettyimages.com or go to google and search for those kinds of pics

That's so cool! Those are my images!!! =) I'm the owner of Starry_Designz. I searched google for pictures on like beach scenes ect. then I used a tutorial to give them a soft/angelic effect. here's the tutorial: http://www.swimchick.net/visitors/tutorial...ussianblur.html
