placing comments into Div........., anyone know how? |

I was wondering if anyone can post the code to place comments into a div layout, i looked everytwhere and i have found some but they didnt break it down into little steps to make it easy to learn, if anyone knows of anything i would grealy appreciate it.. thanks again :)
