i dunno if this is a repost or not, but i've been searching for sometime now and haven't found anything. i've been pondering on this for quite some time now and need an answer. How are you making these DIV layouts ? i dont mean the coding, i'm talking about how do you make it appear the way it does on the internet? how are you making the backgrounds and what not? are you using photoshop or other programs?

To make it basically get a program like photoshop, paintshop pro, or gimp then use your creatvie side to create the background.
