embeded objects too small! Options

hey, i'm using a layout from createblog (grey city)

i love it, but whenever a picture is put into a comment from someone, it shows up really tiny, and i tried inserting an embedded video in one of the sections, but it shows up way too small.

i dont know much about the codes, but i do know some, so i went in and altered it to make the height and width of embedded objects auto.

but now the little gray player for my profile song is inside a huge white box.

how can i get it so that embedded objects go to their automatic size, but also keep my profile song and everything else looking normal?
