is it possible to save a visualization from windows media player to an mp3 file and use it like a video to burn to a cd

Ok, mp3 files are SOUND files. With bitrates and sound waves and sh*t. How are you going to change picture, and visuals, into soundwaves, and use it like a video, and burn it to a cd? I don't even know what the visual files are called.

i did not really get what he said either, but i think he ment---t can u save the visual effects with a song so it will be a music video blink.gif like for example (i don't have an ipod video so i don't know if this is a good exmaple) an ipod video... where you listen to the song while looking at the visual/music video. and if thats what you are asking...well.. i don't know how to to that because i've never seen it done before.
