hey is it possible to change the color of your paint shop pro i have version 9

change the what?
color of the top bar of your program you have open? if that then right click on your desktop and change the theme or what ever. or go to control panel and appearances and themes.. don't really get what your asking? |

psp 9 doesn't have skins that i am aware of.

yeah. psp doesn't have a theme change. but i have a question. how about a Windows XP theme change. all you can really do is change the colors of the task bar & control menu & ect. to blue, silver, and green. i dont want the classic style. is there any way to change it to like pink, or orange, or another color? i know people can change their themes to diffrent colors but i think they have aother program or whatever..?
