On my feet during the summer, the bottom of my feet and my toes start to peel like severly and I don't know why. It doesn't look like there's like a disease on them or anything, but the skin start to peel off. Any ideas? I have tried putting lotion on, but it really doesn't do much.

It has been like this every spring/summer, but this year it is a lot worse. I don't swim though and I have been to a dermatologist but he just said lotion should be fine. |

is it like between the toes a lot? 'cause i think that might be because of your shoes or how much you excercise in the summer.

Vitamin E cream from The Body Shop cures anything. Especially dry skin.
My best advice would be to massage this cream after showering. Use it daily. Your skin will eventually heel up and the vitamin E protects your skin, aswell as leaving it incredibly soft! I hope this helps. |

does it bleed?
its probably excema... my dad has that problem... you have to see if your allergic to the soap you wash with or the shoes you're wearing... or if it just really dry... use some kind of milk protein lotion and then wear cotton socks to sleep... it might work |

Foot lotion?
Thats the best thing I could suggest and when you shower try scraping the dead skin off. Atleasts thats what I use to do when my feet ever did that..It seem to have ended faster. ![]() |

Wearing flip flops a lot can cause that to happen, which would make sense if it only happens in the summer. I'm not sure why, but I think it's the exposure of your feet to the environment and perhaps the constant rubbing between your feet and the sandals/flip flops.
Put on foot lotion immediately after you're done showering, because that is when your pores are opened. |

in the summer? is it itchy/ because it could be athletes foot.
if not, and it's just dry and peeling, it'sprobably just friction with sandals |

Ah, I hate it. I think there's this product designed specifically for treating dry feet - http://www.taoofherbs.com/products/2456/Th...atFeetCream.htm. I'm not sure if you're willing to pay 10 bucks for this, but... yeah.
