Experimenting with architectural modelling, namely interior design.

Sorry that this is such a small preview, but because of the special 3DS renderer I use, I get a lot better lighting/shadow quality, but with a much longer render time.

This is the final room/lighting setup, I just need to work on furniture and other things, and maybe some fine-tuning.



EDIT 1
Changed the lighting a little bit. (Also, this is 1600x1200, a little larger, so click for the thumbnail.)


EDIT 2
Back to smaller sized previews, and changed the flooring to white tiles instead of wood. Also added in a reflection map.

The shading doesnt reall make sense. There should be more light on the carpet since there are four windows. I think this is seriously the most beautiful rendering I've seen in a long time. The shapes are all perfect and I really dont think it can get any more realistic. lol great job =] fantastic work

the lighting on the floor is.... fuzzy

but its really cool that u can do abstract as well as realistic 3d stuff!
