resize extended network text Options

i want to make the extended network text smaller, and i tried using the code to make the extended network box skinnier, but it doesn't change the size of the text for me.

i tried changing around the part of the code that says
"normal 5px small fonts;"


but no luck...what am i doing wrong?

umm well put this in your style tags

.blacktext12{font:normal 9px arial; color:######; text-transform:uppercase;}


the bold and ###### are both changable
