Well, it seems as if it's just a DIV overlay, but all she did was link her friends pictures to images she had uploaded on PhotoBucket, like this:

She had edited them before in some program, then uploaded them to PhotoBucket. But you can always do this with the image tag to avoid that:
<img src="IMAGE URL HERE" width=NUMBERHERE</img> Oh, and the "numberhere" is in pixels, so I'm going to guess hers is at 25? You'll have to mess around with it. |
