Anybody know easy-to-use software for making an RSS feed? I want to create a RSS file manually and easily publish to my webserver...

^That's right, or as close as it'll get.
 This was at the top of Google results, you might see if this actually works.. http://www.feedforall.com/ The website says it "allows users to easily create, edit and publish RSS feeds" and that's exactly what you wanted.. So it seems pretty dynamic. All I have is a reader though, so I had to search for it. |

Feed Editor - simply the best - can create, edit and publish feeds or podcasts. Also i know great script
