I think the background should scroll with the image and blog. Other than that I like it. =] Oh, and personally, it looks better in Firefox. It covers up part of the header image in IE, and bugs me. >_<

It looks well done, nice and and I love the picture. Though I think that you should move the blog and module slightly towards the left so that it's centered to the pic. Good job! :D
