Background not showing, please help with code!!! Options

Hi, I'm trying to use this layout:

But the background image doesn't show. I thought it was a bad image link but I found that the link actually does work so there must be something wrong in the code. I'm clueless on how to fix it but I really love the layout. Can anyone help? Pretty please?
