Hello..
well i'm sure everyone has SOMEWHAT of attitude in them at one point...except mine isnt just when I have my period or something.

Lately i've been really mean towards people and giving alot of attitude, and i dont "stop and think" i try but it all just comes out.


ehh..cant believe i'm going to say this,
i'm pretty sure theres alot of NICEE people, here so..
any advice for being nice ermm.gif

i'm kind of mean cause when one person annoys me then basically i'm mean for the rest of the day..
it bugs me..


help?

That happens a lot. I think people get mad at first because their day was ruined. Well, you could try to think of some happy thoughts or just ignore them.

I don't really know what to tell you, since I can be pretty mean as well..all I can say is that you just need to take things in stride. Try your hardest to stop blurting out these mean things. I'm more of a quiet person now because I realize that I just blurt out mean or stupid things and embarrass myself.

I learned that not thinking before doing anything causes bad sitautions.I always just try to act nice to that person again and calm myself down.I like to just think about good things and just space out.Maybe spacing out and thinkin` of good moments can help.

I'm the same way, it's really hard for me to think before I speak. Just start apologizing when you notice you're getting worked up, even if it is a few days after the fact, and try to find some outlets for any anger, frustration, whatever... let people know its not their fault : )

well for me, people always think im such a happy smiley person. but truth is, i used to be SO mean in elementary/middle school, i used to kick, bite, punch, pull this girls hair because my mom always complimented her thoughful ness and nicce-nes... when i reallie felt like i was being used by her. so that got me reallie mad. so i bulllied her, so obviously everyone else started taking her side too. but no one ever tried to understand my side of the story. just because i keep the most extreme feelings to myself. then, now, in my freshman yr at hs, i am a changed person. i just gradually switched personalities (becuz i knew that i will never make any friends like the way i was then... i hated myself) from MEAN UGLY girl to NICE SMILEY girl. first i acknowledged my need to change, and i took a step at a time, first laying off the kicking, then the temper, then the biting, then the hitting, and finally, the jealously hidden behind the mean-ness. now, i only snap at people that reallie are poking at my ribs to make me snap.

i can be pretty mean during period,but not always.
try to control urself that what is right ro wrong.
just think of some relli awesomee things,it might help.

Lol whenever I'm under pressure I get really mean and rude. Mostly, I find there's nothing you can do about it. I just put up a big fake smile on my face and hope people don't talk to me.
