I have a Vampire Freak blog (very similar to myspace) and it won't allow Javascript or anything else other than HTML so I was wondering if there is a way I could get a statistics code for my site?

If it's very similar to Myspace... Have you tried using the Myspace code? Or the Livejournal one? The Livejournal one doesn't use Javascript as far as I remember... Because Livejournal doesn't support it.
