My aunt told my cousin that at her age (13) girls shouldn`t be wearing women`s bras and should only be wearing training bras.And yes her breasts are pretty big.I`m trying to tell my aunty that letting her daughter wear bra`s are best because she`s growing.But I have nothing else but that to back it up.Does anyone know anything to say to help me give feedback?

Your aunt should just know that if your cousin's breasts are already large, they need support, no matter what age she is. After all, that's what bras were made for. ;D

 Tell your aunt to go to Victoria's Secret with your cousin so she can be measured for bras. That should convince your aunt that your cousin needs a better bra. |

Breasts can grow into irregular shapes if the person is not wearing a proper-sized bra.
Training bras do not give much support and they may put too much pressure on your breasts and it's not good that way. |

Tell your aunt that her daughters quite large and still growing breasts need the support of a bra or else gravity will take hold and bring her boobs down to her knees one day.
