First find a film strip image.
Are you familiar with layers? I use PSP7, so I know it's in PSPX. That's really all this is. Make the picture that you want different layers on top of the film strip (Paste As A New Layer) image and then position them (rotate them) and resive them to fit. |

Heres a good zip for fimstrips for PSP but you can change the file extension to PS.
