Ok, now this is really annoying me. I have the screenshot ready and filled out all the fields, but after 2 times of submitting, I get this:
Oops, and error occured! There are required fields that are missing. Please resubmit your contribution. !!!   What is the problem now!?!?!?!?!

are there any fields you didn't fill out? did u fill in all the required ones?

I had a similar problem, you can find out the reason why here:
