^Oh, you have an apple computer? Then the ctrl+a won't work for you on my little tutorial...just go to Edit-->Select All.
Mind me while I search for another animation program.

Here's an animation tutorial, if you still can't get the Jasc to work right:
http://www.animationfactory.com/help/tutorial_gif.html

And there's a link to a site that has the download of an animation program.
Hm, how are you installing it, though?

You can use photoshop and imageready as well. I have an apple computer.
I say you get a trial o ps or psp..

I think theres a program called giffy or unfreeze but I don't know whether or not it comes for mac.

I own yourr face. - The download you put above is .exe format so it wouldn't work for her.

I checked google I don't even know whether animation shop and/or psp come for macs.
Heres photoshop + imageready (which I think is better but thats my opinion):
http://adobe.com/

There is also a free program called gimp. (Not sure if that comes for mac either) it may have an animation program that comes with it.

Okay, so if she uses Photoshop and Imageready, I'll post a link to a tutorial (since I don't have photoshop :P)

Hope that works. Just browse through the tutorials, I saw quite a couple animation tuts.
