Remove the bottom links? Options

sorry, really new to this createblog forum thing so, sorry if i have done this wrong. I've already got rid of the top links just i can't get rid of the bottom. i've already tried the html in scripts but it doesn't seem to work so plz help me by giving me a suitable html that will get rid of the bottom links. thanks :)
