I used to do that holding your breath while you go through a tunnel thing. It was fun, and I still do it just for the hell of it but I don't believe in the wishes coming true anymore.

I learned this one from watching My Girl (a Korean drama):
If you can hold your breath while going down from the top of a building to the last floor in an elevator while making a wish, it'll come true. For me, though, since I don't encounter too many elevators in my daily life, I wish with my jade pendant on my necklace. I've had it since I was a baby, and started to believe in its magical powers when I was about...7? I was waiting for my mom to bring me lunch from McDonald's one day and she was taking a long time (actually, I was just being impatient), and took my jade pendant in my hand and wished she came sooner. I opened my eyes and she was there. Miraculous! |

Aw, that's a cute story, I love it.  I usually wish on shooting stars or just by looking into the night sky...nothing too special, but yeah.

When my eyelash falls off, I make a wish.
When I cross a railroad, I hold on to something Blue and make a wish. Holding your breath while in a tunnel doesn't work with LA traffic.

I don't make wishes while doing things or whatever you guys do. I make "wishes" when i'm frustrated. Like: I wish these damn cramps would stop... you know things like that. Other than that, I don't make wishes.

I make wishes when:
I'm blowing out my birthday candles It's 3:33 (3 is my lucky number) I HAVE something lucky-- like a four leafed clover or whatever I think that's it. |

I make a wish like when the times like 3:33.
I also make wishes on the first star. [but thats rarely] Then i make wishes on danelions when i see one >_> and the last wish i made was i wrote it on a balloon and then i letted it go. |

You guys don't make wishes as the new year comes in? o.o No really, if you've got one of those grandfaher clocks that rings 12 times at midnight... You repeat your wish 12 times (once each ring).
Other than that, we use the "ninja band of doom". Which is really just a "live drug free" bracelet, but it's cooler. Yes, my friends are weirdos just like me. XD |

No, my wishes never come true.
The only time I wish is before I blow out the cake on my birthday. I have never seen a shooting star before. But I'll remember to make a wish at 11:11:11 on 11/11/11. |

Silly me, I forgot to say what I do, haha.
I make wishes when an eyelash falls off and I blow it away, when holding my breath while going through a tunnel, holding hands of two people with the same names, at 11:11, when blowing out the candles on a cake, and hmm... I think that's all. Even if the wishes don't come true, I guess it's still fun to do and kind of gives some hope or something. |

I actually make my wishes kind of randomly. Like I'll say if I don't get this right then _____ won't happen or if I don't finish something is x amount of time _____ will happen. I think it's my way of tricking myself out of procrastinating or something.

^I've started doing that as well! But not making a wish. Someone just told me to do that to be safe or something. Well from now on, I'm making wishes to passing a yellow light! :)

I usually wish on a shooting star and when blowing out birthday candles. I used to wish on a fallen eyelash all the time but it happens way too frequently now that I just blow it off my hand and not make a wish. I've never tried the tunnel, running a red light, or same digit time things. Will try from now on though.

When an eyelash falls off me or a friend we put it between our thumbs press tight and each make a with when we take our thumbs apart whoever has the eyelash gets their wish then whoever gets it blows it in the wind. <3
*Note : We dont wish fr exagerated things like AIRPLANES lol.

I do probably the most random thing.
When I'm taking a shower and I feel really sexy, I'll but my head under the shower head and keep my eyes closed, and breathe really slowly, and when I feel the water on my forehead and it feels really pretty, I make a wish. I stand there for a sec and then I go back into regular person mode. |
