Okay, so, I've been going to a small gym lately and all the music that they play tend to be older songs I had listened to like 5 years ago. My trainer has played these same songs over and over again and I'm starting to get sick of them. So.. I wanted to make my own CD Mix.

My question --
What songs do you listen to when you work out?

I need to find songs that are up to beat and easy to jog/lift wieghts to.
Help please?

(I attempted looking for a topic like this but I couldn't find one).
Thanks in advance. <3

Hip-hop and pop always get me going. 80s music too, to an extent. Anything with a good beat.

I listen to a lot of 90s dance music and techno/electronica/dance from all decades. I just love to get moving!

I love working out to electro or techno music, because of the beat.

if you listen to techno, ive realized it helps to get more pumped and it makes you want to do more.

my favorites are Black eyed peas - Dum diddly, Mario.

Britney spears is a good one especially her techno remixes. Yea the ones that make you wanna get up and dance like randomly.

Life less living-Rise against a very good song to listen to it goes to the beat with running something fast paced and encouraging.

Missy Elliott songs or Black Eyed Pea songs are the best to work out to.
On the hardest part of my run I have black eyed pea songs.
Anything upbeat, hip-hop is good.
Britney Spears songs aren't that bad to listen to when you work out.
Like that "Do Something" song is a good cardio song....

Seriously, anything around Missy Elliott or Black Eyed Peas, you should be good.
